CD & Movie Reviews

Artist: Snow Patrol

Title: Final Straw

Snow Patrol is more than just "Chasing Cars". This album is before "Eyes Open". With relaxing songs, rock songs, and "OMG! Ur a slut!" songs, it should intrest everyone just a little.

Reccomandations

My favourite tracks on FS are "How to be Dead", "Somewhere a Clock is Ticking", "Chocolate" and "Run". They're realxing, upbeat, and way alternative to Green Day.

Title: Little Miss Sunshine

Starring: Greg Kinnear, Toni Collette, Steve Carell, Paul Dano with Abigail Breslin and Alan Arkin

Directed By: Jonathan Dayton & Valerie Faris

Rated: R

It was great. Better than great. Incredible. A combination of excellent casting and superb directing is the key to a great movie, or at least, for this movie.

Great Lines

Grandpa: A real loser is someone who is so afraid of not winning, they don't even try. Now you're trying.

Dwayne's notepad: Welcome to hell

Pageant Assistant Pam: [as Dwayne walks by] Are you authorized to be here?

Dwayne: No.

Dwayne: [to girl in hallway] Where are the dressing rooms?

Girl in Hallway: Are you allowed to be here?

Dwayne: Just tell me where the dressing rooms are!

Frank: Anyway, he uh... he gets down to the end of his life, and he looks back and decides that all those years he suffered, Those were the best years of his life, 'cause they made him who he was. All those years he was happy? You know, total waste. Didn't learn a thing. So, if you sleep until you're 18... Ah, think of the suffering you're gonna miss. I mean high school? High school-those are your prime suffering years. You don't get better suffering than that.
